Do I need to buy inventory upfront?
Not at all! With our dropshipping model, you only make a transaction when your customer makes a purchase in your store. Skip the burden of upfront inventory costs.
What are the accepted payment methods?
We accept both wire transfer and Bitcoin – choose whichever works best for you!
Where do we ship?
We currently ship to the US, Canada, EU, the UK, Australia, New Zealand, South Africa, Philippines, UAE, Saudi Arabia, Oman and Qatar.
If you have clients in other regions, let us know! We’re eager to expand our delivery options and will do our best to add the locations you need.
Where are the watches shipped from and which carriers do we use?
Watches are shipped from Hong Kong using trusted carriers like DHL, UPS, FedEx, DPD and Aramex.
Our logistics team selects the best carrier for each order based on customs requirements and carrier wait times at any given moment to ensure optimal delivery.
How are items packaged?
Each watch is securely packaged in its original branded box, included at no extra charge. Our packaging is logo-free for a clean, professional look.
How much does shipping cost?
- EU & the UK (includes customs clearance): €20.97 for the first item, plus €12 for each additional item
- US, Australia & New Zealand: €25.97 for the first item, plus €12 for each additional item
- Canada: €27.97 for the first item, plus €12 for each additional item
- South Africa: €24.97 for the first item, plus €12 for each additional item
- Philippines: €21.97 for the first item, plus €12 for each additional item
- UAE: €23.97 for the first item, plus €12 for each additional item
- Saudi Arabia: €41.97 for the first item, plus €26 for each additional item
- Oman: €26.97 for the first item, plus €12 for each additional item
- Qatar: €30.97 for the first item, plus €12 for each additional item
When will I receive the tracking number?
Processing usually takes less than 24 hours on business days, though it may take up to 48 hours. Once your order is dispatched, we’ll notify you with tracking details right away!
How long does delivery take?
Delivery times vary by location and shipping method:
- US, Canada, Australia, and New Zealand: 5-10 business days
- EU and the UK: 10-15 business days with an all-inclusive service covering customs, paperwork, and taxes, so your customers receive their orders hassle-free.

- South Africa: up to 12 business days with an all-inclusive service covering customs, paperwork, and taxes, so your customers receive their orders hassle-free.

How are returns managed?
As the seller, you’ll handle returns directly with your customers, but we’re always here to support you! Unused watches can be returned for any reason – simply let us know within 14 days of delivery.
Are there extra discounts available?
Absolutely! We offer additional discounts for our top-performing clients based on monthly turnover. Just reach out when your monthly sales reach €3,500 or more!
Is there warranty on the watches?
Each watch is backed by a 2-year warranty, with thorough quality checks ensuring that issues are incredibly rare. We follow brand warranty guidelines so if anything unexpected comes up, simply reach out—we’re here to help!
