Please read these Terms of Service carefully before accessing and/or ordering any goods from the Website. If you access the Website, and/or place an order for goods, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

The following terminology applies to these Terms of Service and Privacy Policy:

• Party/Parties/Us – both the Client and The Company, or either the Client or the Company;
• The Client/you – the legal entity or a natural person who buys Goods from the Company;
• Goods – the articles to be supplied to the Client by the Company;
• Personal Data – any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person or legal entity;
• Processing – any operation or set of operations performed on Personal Data or on sets of Personal Data;
• Data subject – a natural person or legal entity whose Personal Data is being Processed.

Terms of Service

1. Order Requirements
   • The minimum order value is 1 EUR.
   • Discounts apply based on order cart contents and the respective SUBTOTAL sum. Discounts are non-cumulative and mutually exclusive. Only one discount may be utilized per order. For more information, please contact customer support.
2. Account Bans
   • The Company reserves the right to ban the account of any Client who sells retail products on their website at a price below the base price stated on the Website.
3. Ethical Standards
   • The Company operates in the market with strict and efficient commercial ethical rules to ensure maximum correctness, quality, and transparency toward the Client.
4. Product Authenticity
   • The Company offers only authentic products in their original packaging, but it is not an official distributor of any brand on the offer.
   • The Client assumes full responsibility for the trade in goods, aware that these goods are not purchased from official distributors.
5. Intermediary Role
   • The Company acts as an intermediary between the Client and the supplier of the items.
6. Manuals
   • Items are usually provided with original manuals. The Client must check if specific languages are available for certain products. Returns are not accepted due to missing languages in a manual.
7. Returns and Inspections
   • All returned products will be examined for possible damages or improper use.
8. Account Information Requests
   • The Company reserves the right to request information regarding the Client, including the true beneficiary, origin of funds, and supporting documents. Based on this information, the Company may choose not to provide services without specifying a reason.
9. Transaction Conditions
   • By placing an order through the Website, the Client warrants that they are legally capable of entering into binding contracts and that all transactions are performed for their own benefit.
10. Pricing
    • Product prices on the Website exclude duties and taxes.
11. Account Policy
    • Each Client may maintain only one registered account on the Website. Creating multiple accounts may result in suspension or termination of accounts.

Payments

Payments are required in advance through accepted payment methods listed at:

All orders must be paid within 24 hours after receiving an order invoice, otherwise, the order will be canceled.

Customer Service

For changes to an existing order, contact our team at sales@watchdropship.com.

• An extra service fee of 20 EUR applies for any invoice changes after the order has been placed.
• Customized invoice requests are subject to a 30 EUR fee.

Availability and Out of Stock (OOS) Procedures

• Prices and offers are subject to availability and may be amended at any time.
• For OOS items, clients may replace them with available models, specified models, or receive store credit.

Shipping and Customs

Orders are dispatched only after payment. Shipping times may vary due to customs, special services, or global events. Clients are responsible for customs clearance and applicable taxes.

Warranty and Faulty Goods

A two-year warranty is provided, starting from the delivery date. Defective items may be replaced or refunded in store credit.

Returns

Clients have 14 days to return Goods for any reason. Shipping fees are non-refundable. Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the return.

Exclusions and Limitations

The Company is not responsible for inaccuracies, omissions, or any losses or damages arising from the use of the Website. Force majeure clauses apply in unforeseen circumstances.

Complaints must be submitted to sales@watchdropship.com and will be addressed within 7 days of delivery of the goods.
